Boot Camp

Why do we offer Kaas Boot Camp? In all of our visits to Japan, we always wished for a trip where we could just stay at the same company and study their every movement for several days in a row. Now, we are offering this experience to other organizations in an effort to help them kick-start their journey as a team.

Kaas Boot Camp attendees experience the best and the worst of our company and have an opportunity to see how our team has had success and failures along the way from the people who’ve experienced both. Specifically, guests should learn how to apply truth, bit, and pull in their work to transform their organization and the lives they touch.
